New 3 Limited is a Hong Kong company based at Cyberport, founded in October 2024 by Feng Gao. We provide strategy, design and product consulting for startups, and AI technology services for companies. We also make angel investments in AI and Web3 with our own capital.

前阿里巴巴設計事業部總經理Former GM, Alibaba Design Business Unit

高峰於 2024 年 10 月創立 New 3 Limited。此前他在阿里巴巴及螞蟻集團工作十四年（2010 年 7 月至 2024 年 5 月）。New 3 以自有資金投資並為初創提供諮詢，重點關注 AI。

他在阿里巴巴的最後職務是阿里巴巴設計事業部總經理。此前曾任：

  • 阿里巴巴集團創意設計中心總監（2017 年 10 月起），負責淘寶、天貓及阿里巴巴集團品牌創意，包括雙十一。
  • 螞蟻集團創意設計中心創建者，負責螞蟻集團及支付寶品牌創意。
  • 阿里巴巴國際 B2B UED 總監（2015 年至 2017 年 9 月）。
  • 阿里巴巴市場委員會委員。
  • 曾任浙江省工業設計協會數字設計專業委員會主任（2022 年 12 月至 2024 年 5 月）。

加入阿里巴巴之前，他在廣告公司擔任美術指導（2004 至 2010 年）。

他同時擔任高文資本高級顧問，並為水滴資本 LP，現為各階段企業及大型平台提供設計、品牌與產品體驗諮詢。

Feng Gao founded New 3 Limited in October 2024, after 14 years at Alibaba & Ant Group (July 2010 to May 2024). New 3 invests its own capital and advises startups, with a focus on AI.

His final role at Alibaba was General Manager, Alibaba Design Business Unit. Earlier, he was:

  • Director, Alibaba Group Creative Design Center (from October 2017), leading brand creative for Taobao, Tmall and Alibaba Group, including Double 11.
  • Founder, Ant Group Creative Design Center, covering Ant Group and Alipay brand creative.
  • Director, Alibaba International B2B UED (2015 to September 2017).
  • Member, Alibaba Marketing Committee.
  • Formerly Director, Digital Design Committee, Zhejiang Industrial Design Association (December 2022 to May 2024).

Before Alibaba he was an agency art director (2004 to 2010).

He is also a Senior Advisor at Goldwill Capital and an LP of Waterdrip Capital, and advises startups, scale-ups and large platforms on design, brand and product experience.

投資Investing

New 3 亦以自有資金參與 AI 及 Web3 項目的天使投資。New 3 不向個人提供證券投資建議。

New 3 also makes angel investments in AI and Web3 projects with its own capital. New 3 does not provide advice to individuals on securities.
